The P-15 Workout is an opportunity to get an extra 15 minutes of individual practice in before or after team practice. You decide if you want to do the workout everyday this week or come up with your own schedule.
This Week’s P-15 Workout: 2 Ball Dribbling
While standing on the sideline, dribble 2 basketballs 10 times with the stationary pound dribble as shown by Skylar Diggins in the video. After the 10 stationary dribbles, dribble the two balls to the opposite sideline and back. Then count to 20 for a break. Repeat 2 more times. Dribble 2 basketballs 10 times with the stationary alternating dribble. After the 10 stationary alternating dribbles, dribble the two balls to the opposite sideline and back in alternating fashion. Then count to 20 for a break. Repeat 2 more times. Make 10 free throws with the remaining time.
