P-15 Workout: October 19, 2014

The P-15 Workout is an opportunity to get an extra 15 minutes of individual practice in before or after team practice. You decide if you want to do the workout everyday this week or come up with your own schedule.

This Week’s P-15 Workout: Take 15 minutes to run suicide sprints. Take a 30 second break in between each sprint you run.

Social Media Hashtag: #P15

I would love for you to send me the amount of sprints you ran by email at popo@girlsbasketballtrainer.com, or twitter @patoshajeffery, tag me in a post on facebook or just leave a comment below.
