Continuing with the same philosophy as the Preview Camp Middle School Session. Some of the Memphis-area’s top championship coaches are coming together to instruct the campers on fundamentals, game concepts and championship mentally. The Preview Camp High School Session will also have a strong focus on positional development.

Jevonte Holmes has well over 15 years of experience as a basketball trainer. He also has a growing clientele of professional basketball players. Several of his professional clients include Will Barton (Denver Nuggets), Ian Clark (Golden State Warriors/New Orleans), Jarnell Stokes (Memphis Grizzlies/Miami Heat) and Isabella Harrison (Phoenix Mecury/San Antonio Stars). Jevonte is also a championship coach. He was on staff of the 2016 Battle in the Boro Championship Team Penny girls squad and has 2 Tennessee State Championships as assistant with the East High School boys team.
Rodney Newsom was a member of a Hamilton High School squad that won a State Championship. He then took his talents to then Memphis State University were they had several trips to the NCAA tournament and went as far as the Elite Eight. Rodney was involved on the boys side of AAU for several years. Then got his start with girls basketball at Cordova Middle School. He ended his career there with a 2 year record of 60-1 and Back-2-Back West Tennessee State Championship Titles. In just 3 years of existence, this summer Rodney led the Lady War Eagles AAU 8th grade team to the #2 ranking in the nation. Finishing runner-up in the National Championship Div. 1 game. He is currently the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Tennessee Prep Academy.
Tiffany McCollins is a former White Station Lady Spartan. She continued her basketball career at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith and North Carolina State University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from North Carolina State University. Her coaching career includes a 9 year career as St. Mary’s Head Coach for Middle School teams; 2 years as Team Po Po Assistant Coach; Junior Varsity and Assistant Coach at Douglas High School and assistant with Memphis Kings AAU organization.
Ron McClain is a former Memphis Tiger. He coached 6 seasons at White Station Middle School winning 3 MAM championships, 3 City Championships, and 2 State Titles in boys basketball. He has been coaching girls basketball for 4 years in the Memphis Future Stars organization. He has been refereeing for over 13 years including in the 2013 State Championship Game.
Pattie Gardner has over 40 years of basketball experience. Her college basketball playing experience was at St. Edwards University were she led her team to back-to-back NAIA National Championships. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Finance, she played overseas over a span of 6 years. Her success continued as a head girls basketball coach at Schilling Farms Middle School for 14 years. She won a state title, several county titles and many district championships through her tenure. She holds the winningest record for the state of Tennessee for Middle School basketball. Players that came through her program that’s currently playing college basketball include Shaela Gardner (Chipola CC); Taelor Manning (Millsaps College); Jaida Roper (Kentucky) and Taylor Williams (Tennessee State University).
