The P-15 Workout is an opportunity to get an extra 15 minutes of individual practice in before or after team practice. You decide if you want to do the workout everyday this week or come up with your own schedule.
This Week’s P-15 Workout: Mikan Drill.
Make 10 shots on both sides of the goal. If necessary, make your 10 on the right side. Then 10 on the left side. If you are more advanced, perform the drill by alternating from the left to right side like the video below. After making the 10 shots on both sides, make 10 free throws. Repeat 2 more times.
