The P-15 Workout is an opportunity to get an extra 15 minutes of individual practice in before or after team practice. You decide if you want to do the workout everyday this week or come up with your own schedule.
This Week’s P-15 Workout: Form Flip. Make 20 shots in front of the goal. Then make 20 shots on both sides of the goal. For a total of 60 made shots. You should be standing about a step back from under the rim. After making the first 60 shots, take another step back and make 60 more in front of the rim and on both sides of the rim.
